June, my period starts 5 days early, im cramping really bad but once again there is nothing on my pad just when i wipe. So im trying to figure out what is going on?

Hi,
1. First thing is you are suffering from the irregular menstrual period. It can be because of some pathology going on inside the body be it the ovaries or more specifically it can be a polycystic ovarian syndrome or be it the thyroid gland imbalance. To be sure you need to give more details about your weight, abnormal pop outs on your face like acne or hairy skin.
2. Get an ultrasound scan of the pelvis done to evaluate the status of your ovaries.
3. To regulate your period you need to take norethisterone. You will get your periods. As this medicine is to regulate your periods and maintain hormonal imbalance in the body.
Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.
