What Causes Irregular Periods?

hi i am 28yrs female single. i have menstrual problem skips some times 3-4 months. when i have been for my all following checkups but results are normal FSH, LH, PROLACTIN,T3,T4,TSH my weight is 65kgs with 5 height.please suggest me what should be my next move for this problem.
