What Causes Irregular Periods,bloating And Mild Cramps?

i can give you these period dates i normally have symptoms a week before like flu symptoms cramps blaotedness but my last period was light and ive felt like i was bleeding when i finished then ive had mild cramps ever since my boobs aint sore but my stomache aint right i went quite flat bellied now i bloat at night i was on period these dates

may 24th -29th 2010

june 29- 4 july 2010

aug 1st - 5th 2010

cant remember

27th nov ???

then i cant remember if i was on xmas eve or new years eve

then jan 29th

then 8th march till 12 th

ive had bad cramos at night for 2 weeks
