What Causes Irregular Periods,loss Of Appetite And Stomach Pain?

hi, im 21 yrs old and i recently started to have irregular periods. I also have a loss of appetite and stomach pains every once in a while. I even gained a little weight in my stomach area even though i am not eating much. What could be the reason for this
