What Causes Irregular Periods,tender Breasts And Bloating?

last normal period: 8/25 ended on 8/30, which is normal for me since my period lasts 5days. Another period came 9/19 ended 9/23 which is not normal since my period lasts 5days this one only lasted 4 & the 1st 3days were normally heavy but the 4th day there was nothin then the next day I had brown discharge. 3days ago 10/8 I had light pink discharge & a small clot(dark red) which lasted about an hour. My boobs are tender & my stomach is bloated. Please help!!!
