What Causes Irregular Smelly Discharge With A History Of Pcod?

Good morning Doc. Im 39 yrs old married have 1 kid.My problem is about my menstruation. I have menstruation last feb.15 2011 many in 1,2 and 3rd day .and 4th day until feb.20 small amount of blood.on feb.22 many blood until 24 but i have mens.until march 7am. then my mens.stop.March 14 my mens.back again many blood for 3 days. and march 18 at evening i have many mens.until 19.on march 20 small amount until march 23.until now i have mens.the blood is bad smell odor .im so worried about my health i undergo ultrasound last dec.2010 i have ovary cyst and polycystic ovary. before my menstruation come i feel stomachpain dysmenorrhea.may i know doc why i feel this whats the cause.thank u very much.
