General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hello,

Spotting and irregular bleeding may be normal while breastfeeding. Bottle feeding may make spotting more possible. Remember to protect against pregnancy because it may happen even though you are breastfeeding.

Take care. Hope I have answered your question. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. Olgeta Xhufka, General & Family Physician
