What Causes Irregular Spotting And Delay In Periods After Taking Nexplanon?

Hi, I ve been on nexplanon for about 4 months now. The first 2 1/2 months or so I was spotting everyday and now i don t spot at all or have had a period. How can I tell if I m pregnant if I don t know that I ve missed my period? I know not having a period on this type of birth control is common but would I have implantation bleeding? If so how could I be sure it is implantation bleeding?

Hello,

You are right about the fact that you may not have any bleeding during Nexplanon. But, another way to calm your mind would be performing an abdominal ultrasound or a pregnancy tests.
