What Causes Irregular Vaginal Bleeding And Spotting After Having Intercourse?

Hi, My husband and I wanted to start trying to have a baby. My last period started September 1st and ended the 5th. We got married on September 19th so I wasn't eating much and was very stressed out so I started spotting on again on the 19th of September and had bleeding (sometimes heavy) until September 30th. I'm now wondering if that messed up my cycle or if I will get my period again in a few days when it was originally supposed to happen? Please help! thank you!

I have gone through your query and can understand your concern.
If you had sex for first time, the most probable reason is hymen tearing or virginity loss. Hymen is a membrane that incompletely cover the vagina of a female. Hymen often tear during first sexual activity resulting in bleeding. This bleeding will be blood red as compared to brownish or maroon color of menstrual bleeding.
When you must had heavy bleeding It must be having your period following early bleeding so you thought you had been bleeding for 7-10 days. There is nothing to worry, if heavy bleeding occurred near end of september.

If problem persist you should visit a gynaecologist
