What Causes Irregular Vaginal Bleeding?

I ve had irregular vaginal bleeding. Every few hours I ll have a rush of bright red blood. I haven t had a period in 2 years due to Essure implants and being on Depo. I m having a burning pain in my lower right abdomen. I have had my appendix removed 3 years ago.
