What Causes Irregular Vaginal Bleeding,breast Tenderness And Abdominal Cramps?

Hello ,I had almost all the pregnancy symptoms which include tender breast,lower abdominal cramps, fatigue, food carvings, sleep. Drowsiness, frequent urination and the list goes on my period was due on 17th of this month tomorrow when i was about to sleep after stressful and tiring day i noticed brownish discharge after that today in the morning i started bleeding as my normal periods . . what does this mean I m i pregnant or just its an IPS (imaginary pregnancy symptoms) Kindly answer my queries I m confused !!

I really appreciate your concern, you can not rely upon the clinical symptoms because it could be pseudo symptoms of pregnancy if you really want to rule out the pregnancy then better to get done the ultrasonography test, hope this information helps you, take care and have a nice day.
