What Causes Irregular Vaginal Discharge Despite Taking Doxycycline For Chlamydia?
I was diagnosed with chlamydia. I was first given azithromycin, which did not work for me. I was then prescribed 10 days of doxycycline monohydrate, twice daily. I finished this two days ago and am still experiencing the same abnormal vaginal discharge. Is the medicine working or has the course of antibiotics failed again?

The symptoms can be related to recurrent infection or to fungal infection due to antibiotics.
I suggest doing a vaginal swab culture for further evaluation and specific treatment.
