What Causes Irregular Vaginal Spotting While On Depo Shot?

I started the depo shot in july 26th 2016, I started spotting on tuesday 8-9-2016 and it got heavier and then went back to spotting, today 8-15-2016 I took my tampoon out and something else came with it, it looked like tissue, it was red and had some white on it, it was small, about the size of a regular tampoon, and I wiped, and more came out..I ve been cramping really bad...does anyone have a good answer?

it is normal and you can have pregnancy test. can repeat the test if negative can consult gynecologist for examination and advise.it can be reason other then pregnancy.
