What Causes Irregular Watery Discharge With Dry Flaky Bits In It?

Hi doc, Im a 22 year old female. About 5'8' and 130lbs. For the last 2 months I have expierenced a very irregular discharge, sometimes watery and heavy, sometimes normal and others its normal but with "dry flaky bits" in it. I've noticed not a fishy smell but a very salty smell to it, some minor abdominal cramping but no other itches, rashes or anything else. What could this be?
