What Causes Irregularities In Menstruation When You Are Pregnant?

I am 31 years old. About 5 feet 3 inches tall. I am 14 weeks 5 days pregnant with my first child and I weigh about 157 pounds. I have had slight bleeding during my 5th week or so and then everything was fine. Today morning I found a little blood. I don't seem to be bleeding anymore. What should I do?
