What Causes Irregularities In Menstruation With Constipation?

Hello ma'am. I'm 18 year old and i'm facing a problem at the moment. My boyfriend had fingered me a month ago,and doubt, by any chance that i would be pregnant. We did a urine test lat week and it showed negative. But i'm getting some sort of a thick vaginal discharge which was white in color and it happened thrice or so this month. I had been suffering from PCOD for atleast 2 years now,and irregular about my medication. My period are always irregular too. Now i'm going through constipation as well. Please help
