What Causes Irregularities In Menstruation?

hello im wondering why my menstrual has change every month coming five days earlier than the month before . I have been to my gyn and had exams done previously due to past history if ovarian cysts. all my test came back normal. I have been trying to conceive also so I don t know if that s apart of what s going in.??
