What Causes Irregularities In Menstruation?

Dear Doctor, Dear Doc, My self Niyas, my wife is delivered 3 month back and she had Mencius 3 times in these months (20-26) for 6 days. But this moth she is not Mencius, so does it make any health issues and will she get pregnant while we have sex. Looking forward your kind advise.
