What Causes Irregularities In Menstruation?

hello mam my age is 21 and i am suffering from pcos from the last 5 years due to which i am facing problems like hair growth and acne on my face.my periods are also irregular.my weight is 52kg and my height is 5 feet 4inches. i have got my ultrasound done last month in which i was told that bilatral ovaries show multiple anechoic folicles of upto 10 mm size greater than 10 in number.uterus is of normal size.from the last 2 months i am taking homeopathic treatment for multiple tiny cysts in my ovaries.mam please suggest the treatment and please tell me that me my disease can be cured or not as people have told me its not cureble.plz reply soon.
