What Causes Irregularities In Menstruation?

i am 28 and am married.am experiencing irregular periods for last 6 months. i have cyst in my left ovary and have left side hydrosalphinx. i have been found positive in mantoux test and have been suggested for pcr test. m felling very tried and feverish for last few days. please tell me in brief the prblm i am having nad the conclusions for pcr test
