What Causes Irregularities In Menstruation?

hi, im 16 have a one year old baby already i havent had a regualr period since september 2010. i am now havin light bleedin and i went to the bathroom, and a stringy thing came out it looks clear and has some blood on it and its really cold.... can u give me a answer on wats goin on please
