What Causes Irregularities In Periods?

hi m rupali , i am suffering from irregular periods my Dr. gave me Comipureand Orsure plus for one month. but aftre taking these medicine i had no periods and after this my Dr gave me Cycloset ,Femix and Folvite.is it right for me and i want to get pregnent earlier.plz gave me right solution.
