What Causes Irregularities In Periods?

Hi...Iam 26yrs unmarried gal..I am suffering from severe bleeding since 2months..Its not yet stopped..Iam using homeopathy medicines now..From matured stage I have been suffering from this problem along with irregular periods..When I had T4,T3,T5 tests,report is normal.This severe bleeding problem my mom had.Is this a heriditary or any problem with harmones but report is normal.Please help.I heard about uterus tubogland disease.Is this desaese cause to severe bleeding problem?
