What Causes Irregularity In Periods With Prolactin Level Of 117?

hi, i am 30years ol and have a baby of 15 months, but after from first delivery my perids dot stop, i checked my prolactin as refferd my doctor which is 113. i took medicine and got periods two months before, but again it stopd,prolactin level is 117 now,what shud i do,any medicine,kindly help me out.
