What Causes Irresistible Urge To Urinate With Burning Sensation After Protected Sex?

Hi I'm 22, female and I've recently started having sex for the first time, we used condoms. I'm 1,54m tall and I weigh about 54 kg. I started experiencing a bit of a problem about 3 days ago (this followed intercourse a day before the actual symptoms). I experience a sudden irresistable (well, almost uncontrollable) urge to urinate and it burns. The actual urination does not burn, only when I feel it coming. It's as if my bladder can't contain the urine because it happens frequently and only a little comes out (less than 5ml). The urine also has an usual smell to it, an off kind of smell. I've never had such a challenge before and I don't have a history of UTIs.What could this be? Please help. (By the way, I'm from South Africa).
