What Causes Irritability And Mood Swings While On Arimidex?

My wife has been on Arimidex for 4 1/2 years and she s really getting hard to get along with, grumpy, irritable, snappy. She s 63, I m 67, married happily for 25 years so no jumping ship here, but is it possible the hormone meds are causing some of this? She s been pretty much a sweetie up to now, but last 6 months not so much.

Good day and thank you for posting this question. Yes Sir, your wife is showing the side effects of Arimidex. Sorry about that.
I will suggest you consult your Oncologist, he will give a medication to counteract the side effects of Arimidex and improve your wife's mood.
