Hi. Lately I have been feeling very jittery and out of sorts. For example, today I have felt jittery since getting up. I can't focus. I also am irritable. I seem to have more and more jittery days lately. I notice that when I wake up too early and go back to sleep for around a half hour I wake up like this. I also ate lots of sugar during holidays. Why am I feeling like this? I hate it.
