What Causes Irritating Red Circle Marks Under Arms?

Hi, I have a few red circle type irritations under my arms and one down my side. I have went to the dr and they said to try some anti fungal cream for 3 weeks. I have and there is no change in the irrigations, should I go back to the regular dr or go see a dermatologist?

I too believe it can be ringworm according to your description. Please upload a photo of the rash in order that I can give you a better opinion. It is better to visit a dermatologist since the anti-fungal ointment is not working. You may need oral treatment.
