What Causes Irritation And Abrasion On Penis Shaft?

my boyfriend have been together for years now and i recently got an IUD put in and for about six months now everytime him and i have sex he gets an irritation or abrasion on the shaft of his penis near the head. weve both had std panels and both have come back negative

Hi,

It can be a misplacement of IUT, doing an ultrasound or X-ray can help you its placement or meet a gynecologist for replacement of IUT. For abrasion - the absence of sex for few days with moisturizing cream will help.
