What Causes Irritation And Inflammation In Eyes With Blurred Vision?

I have been having quite a bit of irritation and inflammation in both of my eyes; along with blurry vision, swelling, and lots of discharge. There is a question as to whether I have Lupus and I've noticed that the problems with my eyes correspond to joint and muscle pain. I've been to an optomitrist, rhuematologist, and regular physician and nobody knows what is causing it. I've been on prednisone and prednisone eye drops; but as soon as I stop the meds, I have problems again. What could be causing this problem with my eyes?

as per history given it should be bacterial infection. so you should start antibiotic eye drop like ofloxacin.3% 6 hourly, if past history is considered then you have to take steroid. clean with sterile swab. you can take oral loprin 75mg for ten days.neosporine eye ointment can be applied at bedtime.
