What Causes Irritation And Swelling In Vagina During Pregnancy?

I am 40 weeks pregnant on Tuesday but have developed irritation in my vagina such as swelling and cuts as well as odd occasion discharge . I have tried canastan cream but feel worse since I have used it and I m worried now when I go into labour how sore I will be ?

this can be localised infection or allergy. get it examined by doctor. medicine after proper diagnosis.
