hi im from tamil nadu.i have experiencing light irritation during urinating,touching the penis.while erecting also i feel same irritation.i didnt find any change in my penis.i consulted a doctor he said this was due to heat .but still it didnt cure. im feared.is there im having any sex related problems.help me
