What Causes Irritation In Eye Along With Cloudy Mucus Patch On Iris?
I have an eye irritation/discomfort in one eye which has gotten worse in the last 7 to 10 days. I wear contact lenses, feels like something scratching under the upper lid, cloudy mucous patch on the iris, eyes are usually red with contacts in, contacts have been out for 12 hrs. and eye is not as red. I m using an OTC lubricant redness reliever eye drop. Can dental curing lights cause corneal flash burn? Would I be able to see a cataract in the mirror?

this is related to constant wearing of contact lens, which result in dry eye and further corneal erosion. now that you have removed it apply refresh eye tear drop and subsiquently get it examined by eye doctor to asses status of corneal erosion, remove your contact lens at bed time.
