Hi dear , The symptoms you mention in query occur due to wysolone as one of its side effects . As you mention that doctor had already try to reduce the dose and the problem is still there . I would suggest you to again consult your doctor may discuss other options like dexamethasone ( corticosteroid other then prednisone or wysolone) . There are other additional medicines also which can help in curing pemphigus vulgaris like supplements such as calcium and vitamin D , this will very helpful in treating this disease .
