What Causes Irritation In Inner Thigh,butt Cheeks And Vaginal Lips?

I recently went to Busch gardens and I wore jean shorts. Later on that night I noticed my inner thigh, butt cheeks and vagina lips were really irritated. I put baby powder on it and it worked but every time I sweat it flares up, peels and itches. What can I use to help it heal? Also after having sex my vagina became very dry and as I was walking to the shower my vagina started burning. When I looked at it I had two dry patches on the lower part of my vagina? What can I do?

As per the problem described in your query, I am of the opinion that you have some sort of fungal infection which gets aggravated due to friction and sweating caused by physical activity like walking, etc. This is termed as Intertrigo dermatitis.

Apply using antifungal cream like Terbinafine twice daily on the affected area after cleaning with water, keep the area dry. Use loose cotton undergarments, drink lots of water.

Hope these measures will help you in getting the relief from the irritation and itching.
