What Causes Irritation In My Urethra?

I ve been feeling a bit of an irritation in my urethra, I ve not been sexually active with anyone new, and all of the sex has been oral, I can still urinate and all that just fine, but it s a bit of a nuisance sometimes, it randomly hurts, and it s not severe pain, it s like it someone pinched a sore you had. and it ached the tiniest bit afterwards. it seems to move up my urethra, I felt it midway up my shaft earlier and just now i m feeling it in the glans the most, what should i do?
