What Causes Irritation In The Eyes While Using Contact Lenses?
I wear contacts daily. My eye was irritated so I removed my contacts, and after removing my right contact. I noticed what looks like an indentation in the upper part of the colored part of my eye. I ve tried flushing my eye out thinking there was something in it. After doing so it still looks the same and it s super sensitive to light and it extremely irritable. Thank you for your time hope to hear from you soon.
Hello, I have gone through your query and understand your concerns.
Using contact lenses will have many side effects some of them are which you are facing right now. In my opinion it may be due to infection caused by lens to the cornea. There are other causes also like dirt in the contact lens will give you irritation and if the lens are damaged you have similaar symptoms. You need to consult your eye professional immediately for examination. Dont keep the lens back to your eyes which may cause severe damage to the eye. Prompt treatment is needed in this case.
Hope this answers your query, Thank you.
