What Causes Irritation In The Vaginal Area?

HI I have some irritation in my vaginal area. I feel like I m sexualy aroused. Even though I haven t had sexual in years. It seems to be mainly the clitoris. I have had this occasionally, very rarely when my periods became more irregular. I m not having a discharge or smell.
