What Causes Irritation In Throat Followed By Coughing And Vomiting With Physical Exercise?

Why is it when I run or do anything that involves a lot of my stamina when I stop and wait for a feel minutes I feel like there s some on my throat and I cant stop coughing and if I breath I feel like there s some on my throat and I just start vomiting

Your symptoms seem to be related to panic attacks caused by an overload of adrenaline. For this reason, I recommend checking your thyroid hormone levels for possible thyroid gland dysfunction and a complete blood count for anemia. You should discuss with your doctor on these tests.
