What Causes Irritation, Numbness And Itching In The Thigh?

I am facing some hidden problem in my thighs for last one year. There is numbness in the thighs and sometimes also irritation and itching. It does not pain as such and also do not show anything on the skin. The irritation and itching has increased in lat one month.
