What Causes Irritation, Swelling, Pain And Yellow Vaginal Discharge?

My vaginal are is really irritated. One of my lips is abnormally swollen, different from a regular yeast infection. Iâ??m also having a weird yellowish-brown discharge. It hurts whenever itâ??s touch. Can someone please inform me on what it may be?
