What Causes Issues In Ovulation?

Hi, My periods are quite regular.I have taken ovulation test at home for about four days starting from 12day of the cycle but all came negative, i spoke to the doctor but she said nothing to worry and didn't recommended any test, can you please advise if my periods are regular is there a chance i am not ovulating?

its better to do follicular study to know exact time of your ovulation...u can take clomiphene from day 2 and review wid ur gynec for ovuation study..n to 2 know d rupture...so dat u can keep relationship..
