Hi
Dr. Purushottam welcomes you to HCM virtual clinic.
I have gone through your query.
I think I have understood your concern, I will try to suggest you the best possible treatment options.
1] As you are on birth control pills you are protected from getting pregnant.
2] At the same time, unprotected sex with multiple partners, even if they are free from STD s, risk of skin contact diseases will always be there.
3] I will suggest use of condom, and anti fungal medicines- Tab Flucon 150 mg twice in a week, and use of Anti fungal ointment like triben plus.
4] Use of lactacyd vaginal wash is also of help
I hope my answer helps you.
Thanks.
Wish you good health.
