What Causes Itchiness And Dry Patches On The Vagina?

The problem accured after sex, I realized I had a cut on the exterior of my vagina towards the opening, as time went by the cut would always reopen some how, eventually it started itching, now I have tiny cuts,flaking skin,increase in discharge ,discoloration,intense itchiness and dry skin patches. The itchiness usually comes at night however. Please answer soon been dealing with this for almost a month now

I really appreciate your concern, if this is the formation of wound or some lesion then it needs to be taken care for infection, and for that better to apply "Povidone Iodine" cream and avoid coitus till it healed, it may be fungal infection if not healed with suggested medicine then anti-fungal can be used like Miconazole cream hope this information helps.
