What Causes Itchiness And Lower Back Pain After An Abortion?

I had an abortion on the 28 of April
I was five weeks 6 days
the abortion went great I think
I'm not bleeding like I thought I will be
I've only bled that one day after the surgery
and now I'm dischargein creamy white with no oder ..kinda itchy and my lower back hurt out of now and I get bloated my belly tender

What should I do I'm really scared ?? HELP!!

Hi,
I understand your concern.
Surgical abortion usually does not have excessive bleeding after the procedure ,
Creamy white discharge with itching suggests fungal infection- mostly due to lack of hygiene after the procedure/ flourishing of previous infection after the medication ( antibiotics)for post operative treatment.
usually metranidazole orally, flucanazole vaginal pessaries, flucanazole cream locally treats such infection.Usually treatment is given to both sex partners.
Severe back ache along it calls for doctor's advise - examination/ investigations ( swab culture test ) and treatment accordingly.
