What Causes Itchiness And Redness In Labia Minora?

I have been dealing with strange vaginal symptoms for months now the first one was periodic itching, then one day it got very itchy and red on the labia minora, I never saw any bumps just inflammation. I then took a dose of yeast infection medication, it went away after 3 days and I have not had that awful of a symptom since, after I had a sharp pain in my clitoris, I went to look and there was white chunks under the clitoralhood (only one or two little chunks) the clitoris itself was red and looked like it was peeling, I put the cream that comes with the yeast combination pack on a q-tip and rubbed it underneith the hood, this help, but this seems to happen every month right before my period. I also have thin white fishy smelling discharge. Never noticed any sores or ulcers. Just want help

Hello and welcome to HCM,
Recurrence of white fishy discharge and white chunks on clitoris is suggestive of recurrent infection of the genital tract.
The anti-fungal preparation is able to contain the infection however, it is not able to treat the infection.
Thus, I suggest you to consult a gynecologist for clinical assessment and relevant tests like microscopic examination of the discharge, culture and drug sensitivity to select the most appropriate antibiotic which will be effective against the infection.
