What Causes Itchiness And Sensitivity Of Penis And Bumps On Penis?

Hello My penis is continuously itchy and sensitive. I hate masturbating with my hand, so always dry hump my bed with the cushion of a few tissues to thrust into. Would this eventually irritate the glands on my penis? I have white pimple looking bumps all over the shaft of my penis, but they never pop or anything. Just look like pimples, but could be irritation of the glands. What could it be?

I have gone through your query. Small bumps you mentioned on penis can be most likely fordyce spots. These are modified sebaceous prominence and are harmless. Taking garlic and anti oxidants will be helpful to get rid off this. Tretinoin cream locally also is helpful. Itching can be due to fungal infection. In such case applying antifungal ointments like miconazole is helpful. This is available as over the counter in brands like daktarin. If you send a picture of the bumps it will be more helpful in identifying.
