What Causes Itchiness In The Nose Along With Breathing Trouble?

My 4 months boy have found mild laryngomalacia. Durimg the time he got wrong treatment for pneumonia and taken 4 antibiotics inj, prednisone syp, dexamethasone tab, budicort nebulization etc. Now ive omitted all medicine and onli use nebulizer with sulbutamol and ipratropium and NaCl nasal drop. Now he is more better than before. But at night time he use his hand to nose for itching. Little cough and sound of mucus inside the throat. Breathing problem found in morning time. Now what I should go for next sir ? Can u help pl ? Thanks

It may be due to local inflammation or infection in the interior of the nose. Consult an ENT specialist and get evaluated for further assessment.
