What Causes Itchiness In Vagina And Anus With Swelling?

I have been having problems in my lower vagina and and anus area that i think are hemorrhoids, the area is swollen and sometimes itchy there is also a skin tag looking object on the rim of my anus, this is just recently started to bother me and i havent been sexually active in a year so i dont think its an std but im not sure
