What Causes Itchiness On Body When Suffering From Lupus?

I have itchiness all over my body especially at night and the only visible sung is small scab like places in random spots on my legs, back, buttocks, arms and stomach. They are neither red nor raised. I have Lupus. Could this be related? YYYY@YYYY

There is a possibilty of development of cutaneous involvement in Lupus which is leading to itching .
